In no event shall 367 Labs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials in the Apps, even if 367 Labs or a 367 Labs authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing in the Apps could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. 367 Labs does not warrant that any of the materials in its Apps are accurate, complete, or current. 367 Labs may make changes to the materials contained in its Apps at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to 367 Labs' Apps shall be governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
