367 Labs ("we", "us", "our") built and operates our Android applications (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (or rather — do not collect) when you use our Apps, and how we handle it.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from you. Specifically, the Apps:

• Do not collect any personally identifiable information
• Do not collect device identifiers (Advertising ID, Android ID, etc.)
• Do not collect location data
• Do not collect contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, or any other sensitive data
• Do not use any analytics SDKs (Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc.)
• Do not send crash reports containing personal/device information
• Do not contain any third-party tracking libraries or pixels
• Do not share any data with advertising networks

In short: No data leaves your device through our applications.

2. Permissions

The Apps may request certain Android permissions only when they are strictly necessary for the core functionality. We never use these permissions to collect or transmit personal information.

You can review and manage all permissions in your device settings → Apps → [App Name] → Permissions.

3. Third-Party Services

The Apps do not integrate any third-party services that would collect data on our behalf. If we ever add such a service in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy and clearly disclose the changes.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal information from anyone, we have no special procedures regarding children's data.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
